It's not only your fitness level that makes a sport fun. The equipment you use can also have a huge impact on whether it is safe for you. For example, improper bike fit can make riding downright dangerous. Amy has been in the bike industry, racing, testing and designing equipment for 21 years and would be happy to share her experience with you.
